GPS VERSION 1.0:
From San Francisco to New York 19-twenty-something. Wow.
WEBSITE OF THE WEEK: You’re welcome.
ARCHITECTURAL SIMULACRUM: I mean, c’mon. Who doesn’t think of the same thing when you see this?
THIS CAN’T BE A GOOD THING: Anyone else think this is problematic?
PHYSICS AND THE NFL:
WHICH TOTALLY EXPLAINS…this.
FLYING HOME FOR THANKSGIVING? You probably do not want to click here.
CAN’T GET TO DC? Now you can bring the Smithsonian Museum to your living room. So. Damn. Cool.
DING DONG MERRILY ON THIGHS: aka #Show Your Joe
Who knew K-Mart was still in the game? Advertising agency Draftfcb in Chicago follow up their Ship My Pants ad with a new cross promotional spot with Joe Boxer. This is so much better than a blue light special. Also, I have a feeling this is going to sell a lot of underpants that will come with unmeetable expectations.
MEANWHILE…over at JC Penney. A hint of desperation with your eggnog this holiday season? Or a sound strategy for the most important 6 weeks of the year?
OH HELLS NO: Nope. Not uh. Nyet. Ne. Nej. Non. No matter how you say it, this right here. Also, this.
LIFEHACK OF THE WEEK: I’m pretty sure there should be a disclaimer that reads “results not typical.” Having said that, I’d totally give this a try for the halibut. I am so sorry. That was just unacceptable.
I’M JUST GOING TO LEAVE THIS RIGHT HERE:
And no, I do not think he lost a bet.
TOTAL CLASS…in the face of hate.
DEVOLUTION: This can’t really be a good sign of things to come.
WHAT’S IN A NAME? At least it’s not Discount Doublecheck.
CRICKETS: So, uh, where’s the outrage? Because this is pretty unbelievable.
INCOMING!
DAYUM NATURE…You are amazeballs. Then there are these little things. Mind blown.
FAT WALLETS ARE NOT STYLISH: This looks pretty damn sweet. I can definitely see some advantages to this right here. Especially if you juggle plastic for work and play. Thanks to reader Eric H and Jarrod W for passing this along.
WHEN I WIN THE LOTTERY: I am totally going here.
AS SOMEONE WHO LOVES WORDS…this breaks my heart just a little bit. Every damn year.
I WANT THEM ALL:
SO THAT’S WHY THAT HAPPENS: The science of “breaking the seal.”
TANTRUM OR GAME CHANGER? At what point do regular working people stop getting access to the games and stop caring?
THIS WOULD BE LAUGHABLE…if it weren’t so damn depressing. But wait, there’s more. Unsustainable.
INCOMING PART 2!
Need something else to read?
- Need to take things up a notch at work? This right here.
- Speaking of work…
- I’m especially down with #4, #22. #24 and #36.
