Endless 40% off Select Designer Shoes One Day Sale – 12/10
Now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday are nothing but quickly evaporating memories, retailers and their websites have taken a relatively new approach to entice holiday shoppers to buy, well, now.
They’re using category flash sales. Brooks Brothers is doing it, and so’s Endless. A brand or retailer puts one specific type of their merchandise (leather goods, sweaters, women’s accessories) up for sale at a good sized discount, but the sale only lasts for one day. Brooks Brothers had small leather goods for men at 40% off a few days ago, and you could have swiped this sweet Golden Fleece embossed card case for something like $50 – $60.
Today on Endless? “Select” (damn, there’s that word again) designer shoes for 40% off.
90% of the selections aren’t all that appealing. But there’s some good ones in there too. Here’s a few in a couple different price ranges:
.
The (relatively) cheap Monk: Auri Antonio Monk Strap – $135.00 (reg. $225)
Hey look at that. A simple monk strap under $150. Yes, it’s made in China. But the toe looks nicely rounded, and the brand claims to make ultra comfortable shoes.
.
The modern loafer: Donald J Pliner Rex Slip On – $149.97 (reg. $250)
Finally. A plain, Italian Made slip on loafer at a reasonable price. Nice looking sweep of stitching towards the heel too. Toe is perfect. Again, made in Italy. Could become your new go-to casual Friday / wear it to the airport shoe.
.
The under $200 Italian: Donald J. Pliner Rocco Lace Up – $176.97 (reg. $295)
Like the above loafer, made in Italy. Nice subtle cap stitching, with what they describe as a “squared” off toe. Doesn’t look too blunt to me, and it slightly resembles the Kenneth Cole Regal King. More stitching sweeps on the side make it lean modern but not in a crazy over the top way.
.
The corner office: Bruno Magli Runnel Lace-Up – $291.00 (reg. $485)
Even at 40% off these things are a bundle. Somewhat conservative looking. Made in Italy.
.
The corner bar & lounge: Burno Magli Borden Double Monk – $290.07 (reg. $485)
Here’s a double monk strap for the shoe fiends. Was $500, under three bills for today only.
Those are some of the around 200 men’s styles to chose from. If you had to pick, which one would you wear?
