Our Favorite Green Things – St. Patrick’s Day 2010
Happy St. Patrick’s Day. First, a few rules. #1 Don’t get plowed today. Drinking to get drunk is never a good idea. Even on St. Patrick’s Day. #2 If you choose to wear Green, that’s great. Don’t pinch those that aren’t. And #3 watch where you step. Because the only thing worse than stepping in a pile of someone else’s puke, is slipping and falling ass first into it. And that’s coming from personal experience.
Here’s a list of our five favorite Green things, in honor of St. Patrick’s day…
#1. Hickey Army Men Silk Gross Grain Tie – $35.99 in Forrest Green or Black
Subtle pattern, dark colors, Green Army Men. What’s not to like?
#2. Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shaping Cream – $12.47
Don’t like your hair crusty and stiff? Also don’t like it wet or shiny? This shaping cream gets it perfect.
(And don’t worry… the paste itself isn’t green. Just the container it comes in.)
#3. Swiss Military Hanowa Men’s Sealander – $157.00
GQ is saying Brightly Colored Watches are going to be a great accessory this year. The true-green around the dial isn’t too bright to be obnoxious, or too dark to be forgettable.
#4. The Glass S. Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water Bottle – $18.50 / 12 pack
Is there a better looking bottle of non-alcoholic drink in the world? The stuff inside ain’t half bad either.
#5. Christina Hendricks in her 2008 Emmy Awards Dress
I really don’t know how he maintained eye contact.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day. Remember, watch your step.
