Plenty of Chambray work shirts come with double pockets and no slots for collar stays. As comfortable as those may be, they can be tough to dress up a notch. That’s not the case with Target’s blue chambray “Ultimate” dress shirt, which comes collar stay ready in a crisp fabric with one standard chest pocket.
