All I know is that there’s a massive difference between a Gin martini with a lemon twist, and a Vodka martini with an olive. We all have our own personal tastes, but when I buy the farm, if the immortal being at the other end of the light hands me a vodka martini instead of gin, I know I’m in for a very, very warm and painful eternity.
