BRMARCH30 = 30% off $150+ for everyone, but won’t work on blazers.
BRMARCH = 30% off no min. for cardmembers, and it DOES work on blazers.
This one is a little complicated, but it’s sorta rare and certainly worth a amention. B.R. has a smallish “select items” sale going on right now (166 items) but there are some good markdowns on a few blazers and other staples. Yes, blazers. Blazers, which are always excluded from codes. That said, BR is running a 30% off $150+ code: BRMARCH30. Now, that one won’t apply to a blazer purchase, but if you’ve got a BR/GAP/ON credit card, BRMARCH will, in fact, knock an extra 30% off these on-sale blazers (and other stuff) through today, 3/10.
And this drops to an awfully nice $108 if you’ve got a BR/GAP/ON credit card and use the extra 30% off code BRMARCH. In their trimmer, but not tight “tailored fit”. Button stance on these blazers is fantastic, the tail isn’t chopped, and the fabrics are usually pretty decent. Armholes can be low, they’re fused and sometimes stiff, but overall they’re great for the mid $100s price range. No final sale either, so it’s returnable. All sizes available at post time.
The slim fit poplin is basically 40% off, while the dot-print button down is way more than half off. Tailored-Slim = their slimmest fit too. So if you’re looking to try out the dot “Trend” on a slim shirt without a huge investment, this might be worth a shot. The white poplin is going to fit a little looser, but it’s still a great basic and holds up well over time. Dot print shirt drops to $16.80 and white poplin drops to $24.50 if you’re a card holder and use BRMARCH at checkout.
A slim straight fit that most can agree on. 5-pocket style but in a grey wash. Wear it with that white poplin and the navy herringbone blazer and you’ve got a more casual, updated, but still plenty polished take on the grey/white/blue classic color palate outfit. $38.50 for these jeans if you have a card.
Not much of a markdown here, but it drops to $125.30 if you’ve got a card and use BRMARCH. The “Modern Slim” fit is noticeably slimmer than the tailored slim through the body and especially through the arms. Might want to size UP if you’re a tweener. 52% Linen, 36% Cotton, 12% Polyester makes up the chambray(?) fabric. Nice patch pockets here. Alas, the description does say “fully lined”, so it might not work the best in super-hot weather.
When you’ve got an item with a defining detail… such as a shawl collar, it’d be nice to actually SEE what that detail looks like in the online photos. The mock-neck collar on the sweater is getting more than a little bit in the way. $77 if you’ve got a card and use BRMARCH.
Sadly, the true-navy shade doesn’t get the $50 discount, but this lighter “nautical” blue might make a nice brighter, yet not neon addition to someone’s closet. The “sateen” sheen on the navy is minimal if there at all. Not sure about the nautical blue though. $104.30 w/ a card and the BRMARCH code.
Whoa. Speaking of more in-your-face shades of blue… On sale for $165, so the 30% off $150 for everyone code BRMARCH30 knocks it down to $115.50
A shade and pattern that you’d expect to be cut in wool… but it’s cotton. That’s sorta what BR does (and to many, they excel) when it comes to the blazer game. A nice staple all the same. $126 w/ a card and the BRMARCH code.
The extra 30% off $150+ (blazers excluded) BRMARCH30 code, as well as the 30% off for cardmembers BRMARCH code expire today, 3/10/14.
