People are weird. And some people just love to complain. Thanks to the explosion of social media & brands using the likes of Facebook to try and make a sale, the axe grinding has never been more public. And it can get strange.

Thanks for another great installment!
Hey Joe, you need a technical editor for your dappered.com posts: your J Crew factory suit review is an embarrassment…clearly you need more practice power-washing in a suit…I’ll be at the train yard this Sunday afternoon power-washing freight trains using the setup in the picture properly…nice tie though, pattern is classic and the spread collar is a nice touch…you guys can do better
(Meant as a tongue-in-cheek response. Here’s the post mentioned: https://dappered.com/2011/08/in-person-the-j-crew-factory-suit/ )
Go Cherie!! There is no excuse for poor customer service if one wants to remain in business. Businesses are only too happy to embrace social networks to make a sale, so they need to be aware of the responsibilities that come with it.
When business was done in the main street, an aggrieved customer told everybody at the library and the bus stop about it.
Hahaha these are my favorite.
hey joe, nice one on wwjd!
