Color is back. Even guys who claim to be minimalists are buying bright green pants. But working color like this into your wallet lineup won’t come naturally for some.
Stray much farther than a plain leather billfold, and memories of that poor kid who was the last to move on from a velcro nylon number (it was royal blue with red stripes) start to crop up. That, and aren’t women the ones who collect things to keep their IDs and cash in? Y’know… purses?
On the other hand, it’d look incredible with a summer suit or light blazer if you keep the rest of your outfit quiet. Maybe it’s the right injection of color for holding your cash & cards while out for drinks on a warm summer’s night.
