Old Navy’s cotton blazers should be viewed as one of the best kept secrets in the Affordable Men’s Style world. Sure you have to get everything tailored since their target demo is the Dad packing a few extra pounds, but when you get your purchase brought in, it ends up looking surprisingly sharp at a dirt cheap price. And that dirt cheap price… is about to get even dirt-cheap…ier?
Thanks to one-million people “liking” Old Navy on Facebook, you can now get one of their blazers or anything else categorized as outerwear for half off. Take a look at what you can get for a criminally low price over the next few days. Just make sure to use the code OUTER50 at checkout.
Actual Outerwear: Topcoat – $39.75 (reg. $79.50) | Peacoat – $35.00 (was $70.00)
Goodness. Say you’re heavily invested in getting a nice, somewhat expensive camel coat this year. But you also want a go to daily beat it up black topcoat. With the code you can get Old Navy’s standard topcoat for $40. I haven’t seen it in store and thus, haven’t tried it on… but it’s 70% wool which ain’t bad. And at $40? C’mon. I have tried the Peacoat on in store and I was surprisingly pleased. It’s thin to the point of flimsy, but it’s not cut massive like the rest of Old Navy’s stuff. Hand pocket placement is great, and it’s a good lighter coat to layer stuff under. The top storm collar tab is slightly obnoxious in size, but you could easily cut that off yourself. Just $35 with the sale.

The Blazers: Cotton Brown Stripe – $24.75 | Corduroy – $24.75 (both reg. $49.50)
To me a blazer isn’t outerwear, but… if that’s what Old Navy wants to think, then it’s best not to argue in this case. Twenty five bucks. You’ll spend half or * (see below) more than half getting the sides taken in, but… so what? The corduroy is roomy enough through the arms that guys who spend a good part of their week at the gym will be thankful. Click here to see how it matches up against the INC slim fit cord blazer. The cotton brown stripe actually has a light herringbone pattern to it. Again, just $25.
