Earth tones have made a Lazarus like rise from the dead in the slim fit suit world. First it was the darker brown Alfani RED, and now a not quite khaki, not quite brown Kenneth Cole two button has appeared on Overstock.com.
I can’t say enough about Kenneth Cole New York wool suiting. They’re accessible, almost always on sale, and the shape is neither too conservative nor too Thom Browne trendy. The shoulders have some but not too much padding, the waist is pre-contoured, and if you’ve got a good tailor, they can bring it in to look like a suit that cost twice as much. The button placement is perfect, and the lapels are slim and timeless.
