So yesterday’s sale? A bit of a cluster. Somewhat of a disappointment. Not a lot of regular sizes, some seriously off the wall designers, and it felt more like one of their clearance final sales (translation: the very ends of merchandise, and during those you can’t even return items for credit). Yesterday was like a huge pile of leftovers, but it seemed like maybe some walked away with a few good deals.
Today should be at least a slight improvement with selection and interest, because the category has shifted.
No more clothes. Instead, today it’s the stuff you’re more likely to take a flyer on and buy sight unseen. Shoes, briefcases, duffel bags and other leather goods. Brush up on your Giltman stampede sale strategy, because the best items in these accessory type sales can go even faster.
