Under the Radar Watch Brands – Day 2 – Ted Baker
When it comes to finding a watch that costs somewhere between $75 – $200, your options can be limited. Most guys know about Skagen, Citizen, Invicta and Bulova. And those brands make some damn fine looking watches, but they’re not hitting real high with the unique factor. We’ve found three that do.
Day one was about the Swiss. Day two heads to the U.K. But the financial geography remains the same, since none of these three register any farther north than $200 on the price tag.
T. Baker Barrel Chrono – $165.75
| Stainless Chrono $169.00
| Leather Multi – $119.61

Ted Baker is the master of the twist. Take something classic like a rectangular case watch, stainless steel chrono, or leather banded chrono, and alter it just enough that it’s unlike anything else out there. The rectangular watch is chunked up with a tonal 12. Notice the blue hands and accents on the stainless steel chrono. And the white dial leather band watch has had its hands and hour markers slimmed down to a razor sharp minimum.
Dappered.com favorite: The Ted Baker Leather Multi. A dress watch people will ask you about, for only $120.
I really love Ted Baker watches, my next buy might have to be from them. I particularly really liked the one with the brown band, white back, and orange accents that was featured a while back. Unfortunately it was a little above my price range when I was in the market for a brown watch.
The Ted Baker watch which Bryan speaks of, can be found right here. It’s come down a little in price. But at $170, it’s still kinda up there. Under $200 though, but that’s too much for many.
