Now onto the service. Featured in the March 2010 issue of GQ, Warby Parker is a new and growing eyewear designer that will ship you five samples at no charge so you can try them on. Then, you ship them back to Warby Parker and they again pay for the postage. The sample that you liked the best comes back with your prescription in it. All for a ridiculously low price. Just $95.00 for any pair.
Don’t want to deal with, uh… totally and completely free shipping? Take a pic of yourself and “virtually” try them on at the website. Pretty accurate from what we can tell, and it’s sorta fun to try on all the different styles they offer.
Still not impressed? They even sell MONACLES.
