The standard for all athletic fit men’s polo shirts is the Express Signature Stretch Cotton Polo. That polo has just enough spandex in the fabric to give it a good amount of stretch, making it feel like it was made especially for you every time you put it on.
But at $34.50 they’re sort-of pricey.
These solid Polos from Target’s Mossimo brand
At just $8 a piece, you can afford to buy one in each of the nine colors they come in and still not break $75. Do they have that stretch feeling to them like the Express polo? No. But the cotton is smooth, the cut is athletic, and they’re certainly not one of those bulky pique cotton polos your Uncle Phil wears on the golf course. I tried one on and instantly thought: “These are just like the Express polos, with one less button and none of the spandex.”
And at a quarter of the price of the Express polo… they’ll make you think twice before dropping $34 at Express.
