There are three main ways to drink liquor outside of mixing it into a cocktail. Neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water. I’ve never understood diluting your spirits with H2O. It’s like a wet blanket in your glass… minus the blanket part.
Now ice is great, until it melts. If the guy you’re buying for likes to actually take his time with his liquor, consider a set of these Whiskey Stones.
