No matter how much you wish they wouldn’t, people tend to look at your face. Here’s what you need to tend to that face. (We’ll be moving from Left to Right across the graphic up there ^)
1. Remington MB-200 Beard Trimmer – $29.99
I’ll never give up the stubble “fad”. And not because I had stubble before every guy in America started looking like they forgot to shave for the last three days. There is purpose behind it. I rarely have a clean shaven face because:
A. my face always feels oily/greasy/nasty when it’s clean shaven
B. I get less zits when I have stubble, and…
C. it doesn’t look half bad.
This beard and moustache trimmer from Remington is terrific for maintaining stubble. Just take the guard off and you’re set to buzz it down to sandpaper level. Or… leave the guard on and adjust to even out a two to three week beard. It also works great on… uh… other parts of your body.
2. Gillette, Mach3 – $9.99
Many regular disposable razors come up short. They nick, they feel weird in your hand, they dull up quickly. The Gillette Mach 3 does none of those things and it’s as good as they get. Those Four blade, five blade, vibrating versions? Whatever. All are attempted improvements on what will go down as the best safety razor in the history of man kind. Three blades, non vibrating, I’ve had the same Mach three handle/base for the last ten years. Perfect for the neck and cleaning up the edges of your beard.
3. Braun Series 3 Electric Razor – $66.06
Sometimes you actually need to be clean shaven. Big meeting? Big date? Big date after a big meeting? The Braun Series 3 is washable, the blade coils are durable, and the best thing about it is that it doesn’t cut TOO close. A regular disposable razor will strip off that first layer of your face. This does not.
Happy Follicle trimming.
