I never really liked still life. Until Ben Madeska started painting them. Now I’ve got his tea pot and oranges hanging in our office and one of his most recent works, cow leg, is my desktop wallpaper on just about every computer I happen to use. I think it’s one of his best works yet.
Yes he’s a good friend, so, conflict of interest there… but I don’t care. He’s a talented guy. And it’s never a bad thing to have original art on your wall. Check out a small sample of his stuff here.
