Free Shipping No Minimum with FSANN5
Extra 30% off men’s offer expires tomorrow morning, 8/30/12 at 8 am CT.
We’re in that late summer not quite early fall retail no mans land, and that can have a serious effect on outlets. LastCall.com has been a little stagnant lately. Like, there might be some algae gathering in parts. But this extra 30% off sale generated a quick spin around the site, and there’s a few new (and not so new) items worth a look. Remember, free shipping no minimum with FSANN5 makes a big difference. But know you are on the hook for returns.

Hickey Freeman “Slim Cut” Navy Suit – $419.30 ($1495)

Slim cut? Oh really. Hickey Freeman suits are made in the USA, solid quality, but it can get confusing as to what’s fused and what’s a half canvas by the time they end up at Last Call. $420 isn’t cheap, but it’s getting to be the norm for the next-level up from Alfani Red / Hilfiger suiting. That’s right along the lines of a Suit Supply, so weigh your options and the return costs carefully. Again, made in the USA. Lots of sizes, but the smallest they have at post time is a 40R. Button stance could be a little lower on this one.
Neiman Marcus Cashmere Sweaters – $108.50 ($255)

Ouch. Just in, but the price is still an ouch even with the 30% off. They’ve got a host of colors in crew or V-neck form. Was over $250, got marked down by a hundred or so bucks, and now just under $110. You gotta be a cashmere fiend to drop three digits on a sweater. Also know that these are listed as a classic fit. Size down maybe?
Neiman Marcus Cognac Leather Card Case – $14.00 ($50)

A new, flap equipped card case from NM. Super cheap when you lump the free shipping code in there. Maybe an excellent, leather business card case to have on hand since the flap will keep your cards looking pristine.
Gorilla Suede Chukka Boots – $139.30 – $150.50

The blue and brown look like they’re the new ones to the LastCall show, with the grey pair already hanging around for a bit. Made in the USA, awfully tough, and resolable. Could become your go-to pair whenever your in jeans. Even the navy (yep, you can wear blue on blue like that. The sole helps).
Cole Haan Plastic Sunglasses – $34.30 ($78)

Huh. Usually sunglasses aren’t included in these extra 30% off deals. And Cole Haan itself can be an excluded brand as well. Not this time. A little thick and sporty for some tastes, but as long as they look reasonably close in person and don’t look too wonky on your face, they might be a reasonable substitute for the Persol Sunglasses Edward wore in The American.
Magnanni Suede Monk Strap – $209.30 ($475)

Been on the personal want list for awhile, but still waiting for them to dip under $200. Quick note: Magnanni is one of those brands that seem to run a little hot on the full retail price. Nordstrom Racks seem to have em’, and they end up on LastCall in the low $200s a lot. Made in Spain and pretty lightweight.
And a WTF: Diesel Rebello Belt – $50.40 ($120)

Get it? An extra 30%… “off” the belt? aaaaaaaaaaaahahahhHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAaaaaaaaa… seriously. What the hell.
The extra 30% off at LastCall.com expires early tomorrow morning. No word on when the free shipping code FSANN5 expires.
The card case looks great. Wonder how many it holds.
gorillas are native to Equatorial Africa
If you want the sweaters, definitely size down.
Here in Austin, I was lucky enough to find two of these (or at least last seasons) on the clearance rack during an “additional 30% off clearance sale.”
Tried on a Medium (my normal size), and I was swimming in it. Small did the trick.
I know a few people have grabbed Hickey Freeman suits on previous Last Call sales – anyone have any input/feedback? I am finding it really hard not to snag the one featured here.
Is there a code for the Gorilla’s? They look like they are still $199+.
Gotta put em’ in your cart to see the reduction…
Somebody reads the captions!
Does anyone know how the Magnanni’s fit? True to size? I am a 10.5 and only see 10 and 11. Wondering if it’s worth the gamble…
They are mainline–usually “Milburn,” which is fully-canvassed, which is designed specifically for sale at Nordstrom’s, Neiman Marcus, and other high-end department stores.
I imagined you in an Austin Powers movie with that “30%… ‘off’ the belt?” remark.
It said guerrillas. As in the para-military kind. With guns, cigars in mouth, and cool names like Snake, Chavez, or Ghost. They are native to a host of regions, were conflict abounds.

How do the Gorilla’s fit? True to size?
Word on the street is they are large by .5-1 size. Go with the 10
looks like they’ve dropped the discount to 25% off. weak.
It been a long time since I saw that movie. Hey everyone look at that! What? That drunken-idiot over there. He’s not drunk.
