These are Final Sale, so, no returns. Available through the Nordstrom owned Flash-Sale HauteLook.com
UPDATE: Looks like they sold out via HauteLook. there’s some on Amazon
Couple things about Stuhrling watches. They’re big, they’re usually Chinese, and they’re affordable as hell. Ignore the “retail” price of $595 on these. But under $100 for an automatic with some sporty looks is worth a mention.
These have less of a throw-back look than the Tuskegee Skymaster, but they seem to be close cousins. Despite the HauteLook description saying they’re quartz, it clearly says “automatic” on the dial. And, uh… y’know, the skeleton case-back shows the movement/oscillating weight. Amazon has similar models
Are they the classiest looking thing in the world? No. They’re a sporty, larger (listed at 44mm), inexpensive watch. Maybe worth a look if you want to try out an automatic, want something more bold than a Seiko 5 Canvas
On a side note: The Skymaster is doing great. It doesn’t hold power for more than a day and a half when stationary, but charging it up doesn’t take much in the morning or at night. Still wear it, still like it, don’t anticipate that changing.
So would you wear one of these “Concorso” watches? Or is the size and design too in-your-face? Leave it all below.
