It ain’t JCPenny prices, but there’s some serious savings to be had if you’re a fan of Brooks Brothers. Like plenty of clearance sales, there are more than a few items with a laughably small size selection. Picks seen here had at least a decent size range at post time.

Made in Italy and a surprisingly decent amount of normal sizes left at post time. Brooks Brothers can obviously lean traditional, but this suit comes in their Fitzgerald fit. It’s not as trim as their “Milano” fit, but it is closer in the body, higher in the armholes, and the pants are flat front. The B.B. fit “inspired by JFK”. Will still need some tailoring for the slimmer fellows. Mini Glen Plaid. A $1k suit for the mid $400s. 10x the suit of say, an Alfani Red, for twice the price.
Probably the steal of the event. Now in a Banana Republic type of price range. Epaulettes and sleeve buttons, but the covered single breasted placket keeps it awfully clean up front.
Two fall/spring short jackets with extra character. The cord also comes in black, but sizes are pretty limited there. Great lining. Blackwatch can certainly be pulled off in spring as long as it’s something seasonally appropriate like a cotton jacket. Waxed cotton at that.
Just one pick from the paltry selection of $49 clearance sweaters. Great pattern, great fabric, and know that Brooks Brothers sweaters seem to run a little beefy for those who are trim through the middle. Q&A section recommends a Large for someone with a 44 jacket. Twenty-Five cents less this month.
The Brooks Brothers Limited Online Clearance ends… well, who knows. Probably when they sell most of the stuff.
UPDATE: Good Grief that was fast. Seems like this thing is over. Most items are sold out/sizes gone, but a few of the items that were in the event are scattered across the site still with the “clearance event” prices.
