Free shipping kicks in at $100 and up AFTER the code has been applied. Code expires 3/2/12
“We’ve added more items!” Yes. Yes they have. This latest extra 30% off sale/FACTORY items launched yesterday, but the sale section was so paltry that it wasn’t really worth more than a quick mention over here. But now? For now? It’s looking decent. That and they’re throwing in free shipping at $100 post code. That’s unusual, and a pretty low figure for J. Crew to pop for shipping. Don’t forget that items marked FINAL SALE can’t be returned. On with it:
.
Shockingly enough, most sizes are available at post time. Two colors to pick from, but the vast majority of the availability is in the lighter “heather charcoal.” We’re almost out of time to wear a tweed sportcoat. But it’s more than $100 off and ships free. Some sizes are showing up as final sale, some aren’t. Which is odd.
Almost all the sizes in the pant are gone, but there’s still a decent size selection left for the suit jacket. Suit jackets can sometimes be worn on their own as a blazer. A thicker fabric like flannel will often look better as a stand alone than say, a worsted wool. But it’s a risk for sure. Final sale on both of these.
The Vs on these are deeper than normal, so beware in case you’re not on board with the deep V trend. Medium is available for now in the Navy, and Large is available for now in the grey. Final sale again.
Sizes are a bit scattered, but 40R is/was available in the charcoal herringbone shown. That common of a size, in that color scheme, in that Italian wool, for that Gap-ish price is worth a look. Also available in a khaki. Final sale.
With the extra 30% off code these drop to half off. Ship free too. Sorry to the guys with the smaller feet. Looks like the sizes available started at 10.5, with 11, 11.5, and 12 also up for grabs. Doesn’t appear to be final sale just yet. Which is nice, being that you don’t want to get stuck with a pair of boots that don’t fit.
$35 for a pair of socks is way over the top for those who like their socks clean, but don’t need much else from them. But there are sock fiends out there. A luxury item for sure. Final sale. Yes… $35 for a pair of socks you can’t return.
Plenty of us don’t think we look all that good in red. One of the few red items almost everyone looks good in is a small grid/tattersall in a darker shade of red like this. Not red gingham, not red plaid, this. You can wear a black sportcoat and jeans with it, and despite the red, white, and blue color scheme, you won’t look like you’re singing backup for Lee Greenwood.
And here be the end of season outerwear blowout items. Sizes are few and far between, but as of post time the peacoat has some larges and XLs, both top coats had some mediums and extra smalls. They’ll go fast though. Final sale.
The extra 30% off plus free shipping at $100 code MUSTSHOP expires at 11:59pm ET on 3/2/2012
