Banana Republic Tailored Cotton Pin-Dot Blazer – $148.50* ($198)

$150 isn’t half bad, but $138.60 is much better. That’s what it dropped to during this week’s GAP inc all three brands 30% off sale. The blazer itself is pretty top notch. So getting it for at least 25% off is worthy of the term “deal.” *Use the code BRSAVE25 to take 25% off purchases over $100. Code expires 10/9

If you missed it, worth a click to see the monk straps that DSW is offering up. They haven’t arrived yet, but expect an in-person when they do. Lots of potential so here’s to hoping they’re not a letdown.

Most Discussed Post – Bonobos 50% off Facebook Sale

It stumbled out of the gates with a website crash, picked itself back up and dusted itself off, and by mid-day the comments on the Bonobos facebook page had swung from mostly negative to mostly positive. An odd one for sure. Did you get anything? Pleased with the sale? Leave your thoughts, now a few days removed, in the comments.
The bonobos pre-order issues I experienced were a good primer for the iPhone4S preorder issues I’m experiencing.
Whoo hoo! I always feel extra good when the item I buy (the BR blazer) ends up being the weekly deal.
Yeah, I got in on the Bonobos sale. It was frustrating with the site being down, but I persevered and got my order through about 3AM.
I was afraid I wouldn’t get the stuff I scoped out on the Bonobos sale (due to the comments I kept reading about their lack of stock), but even though I placed my order at 2 that afternoon, only a shirt I looked at wasn’t in stock. I actually found a shirt I like better to replace it, so I’m very pleased overall.
I had trouble with the Bonobos site early Monday morning, but returned that afternoon and was able to fill my cart with all the things I wanted. Even stacked it with one of those Junglecents coupons to make out like a bandit.
