The Return of the Florsheim Gaffney Boot

Florsheim Gaffney Wingtip Boot – $96.00 SHIPPED w/ code LINK20 ($120)

Credit to Paige for sending in the Style Tip about the new release

Florsheim’s new fall line is starting to come out, and the highlight so far is the return of their Gaffney wingtip boot.  Not just back, but back with three new color options.  Two of which appear to be home runs.

These aren’t part of Florsheim’s upgraded “Imperial Line,” but instead their “limited,” collection (the Veblen long-wing is a limited as well.)  The Gaffney now comes in an all suede grey, a can’t-miss chestnut, and for those who like to take risks, a stand out blue suede option.  The black all-leather are back for another season, as are the somewhat strange, can’t-they-just-make-up-their-mind, half suede / half leather in brown.

The brown pair are going to look a little off for some.  Sort of like a centaur.  Maybe it’d be better to just pick one or the other.  Both at once is a little jarring.

The seemingly perpetual 20% off code LINK20 is still working which kindly drops the price to $96.  Since Florsheim ships free at $100 before any codes are applied, you don’t even have to pay to get them from them to you.

New colors, under $100, and those wingtip details.  That combination has to make the Gaffney one of the best deals in the upgraded boot world.
