Thanks to Nathan Q. for sending in the style tip.
More proof that you don’t need to turn to only sneakers or boots when you’re on your down time. Part of living within your means when it comes to style is picking pieces that can work in more than one scenario. These have range. Jeans, chinos, whatever, but are they a little too… y’know… odd?
There’s a lot going on here. The can’t miss medallion on the toe, the stand out sole, the stitching and perforations (they are saddle shoes after all) the reinforced eyelets… these aren’t your standard casual lace up
At first glance, all those pieces and parts seem to work well together. At second glance, something about the C.H. Henry says “bowling shoe.” But maybe that’s just the thick ivory laces, and that’d be a quick and cheap fix.
So would you wear them? Leave your take in the comments section…
