Yes this feels like Macy’s is never in a non-sale period. Yes these are… really some of the lowest prices of the season. There’s a few good picks. Here they are, let’s go…

It used to be that a charcoal suit was the must have suit every guy should own. Then it moved to navy. The winds of change are blowing again and now it’s a medium to even lighter gray two button. One of the best and most affordable, just got downright cheap at around $200. Have a Macy’s card? Use a 20% off monthly coupon and you’re looking at a measly $160 for this thing. No Steve Madden isn’t exactly known for making quality long lasting footwear. But in defense of that brand, I’ve had a pair of Madden moto boots going on four years now, and I’ve beat them to death. They’ve held up decent enough. These boots are as plain as can be. Which is the way a lot of us like them. Are they leather? Um… no.

Both ties you’ve seen here before. But? Prices are pretty good this time around. The dots for your suits, the knit for your jeans.

The lapels look nice and slim, the arm holes look (but looks can be deciving) reasonably high… combine that with a nice charcoal glenn plaid and you could have a stand out more business ready winter blazer. What’s it made out of? Doesn’t say. That’s a concern.

So the last time around a Ben Sherman bag didn’t seem like it was the best quality. But this one is a little more compact, and I own a Ben Sherman messenger myself (and it’s durable enough for me). With with the top handles, slim sides, and dark canvas it hits all the right points of a computer bag. Plus it’s $60. (But mark my words, if this one stinks too? Mr. Sherman is getting a luggage time out)
