Timex? Luxury? An automatic movement, flawless face, and impeccable details? This watch looks a lot like a piece from their TX line, but available at a third of the price.
The white dial, stainless steel case, and black leather wristband combine for a classic and attractive level of contrast. The hands, “12” numerals, and sub-dials look like something off a $500 watch. Plus the automatic movement skeleton window is held in place by two true blue screws. Not a bad touch.
The automatic movement is powered by your motion, and there’s a 40 hour power reserve where you can just let it sit still. But when a watch looks like that, it’s safe to say you won’t have it off for too long.
Just two points of hesitation. It’s hefty at 45 mm, so if you’ve got skinny wrists it might be best to stay away. The other thing that’s a little sketchy is if you buy it through Amazon
Is this the best looking Timex ever? I’m all ears, eyes, and wrists if you’ve got a better suggestion. Drop that in the comments section below.
