Express could have easily screwed this jacket up. Sometimes they go way over the top on details, and a biker jacket has a lot of places where this piece could have ridden straight off the road. But somehow, they didn’t, it doesn’t, and it’s one tough looking casual jacket for under $100.
It’s not leather so it keeps the Fonzi look to a minimum, and you won’t look out of place if you don’t ride a motorcycle. The stand up collar isn’t too high so you look good as opposed to trendy, and the hardware and close to the shoulder epaulets are downright subtle.
This’ll look perfect with jeans or if you want to give it a shot, lighter but thicker chinos for a certain James Bond look.
Nice job Express. More of this please.
