The J. Crew Ludlow Blazer has cotton fabric that’s casual and down to earth, but cut and designed well enough that its got an incredible shape. It doesn’t slump and wrinkle like many completely unstructured blazers, but it won’t feel like that overly thick sport coat your Dad used to wear. It works anywhere. Both at a laid back bar, or at a more buttoned up cafe.
Even on sale, almost $100 is getting up there for a cotton blazer. But know that the extra money means you won’t have to settle for a jacket that’s just not quite right.
