Five Impressive Wines under $25
In the last decade or so, it seems that wine has overtaken fruitcake as the go-to host/hostess gift you unload on whoever owns the house you’re showing up at for the holiday party. Is that good? Absolutely. Better a bottle of red than some clunky flour-based doorstop nobody wants to eat.
But it can also kill your finances if you party hop. All those bottles can add up. Quick.
Details magazine has five suggestions for a bottle that can hold it’s own, for under $25.
Now here’s two that are dirt cheap that have yet to let me down. But be warned that I’m an admitted know-nothing crap-palate just sometimes wine-drinker…
I used to get the Wild Bunch at a discount Grocery Store for $3.99 a bottle.
A great go-to juicy red for when you need to be thrifty.
The Dancing bull will run right around $8.00 or $9.00, and it’s another juicy one, a bit of some other earthy-flavors. But really, it’s red, it’s not thin, it’s… not that complicated. Happy Drinking.
