I’ve had a similar pair of boots for the last 3 years. A dark brown kinda dressy but not too dressy boot is a great staple to have lying on the floor of your closet. Goes with just about anything. From jeans to chinos. Well, not shorts… but… that’s kinda obvious.
I’ve never been a fan of the elastic gore siding on a lot of these above the ankle boots. These don’t have that stuff on the side. One zipper, or in this case, double zippers should give you plenty of space to slide your foot in and out.
That is, if they fit. And from my experience… it’s pretty darn tough to try on a pair of shoes over your internet connection. Boots like this can be touchy on the fit and you don’t want them slopping around all day. Try and find a similar pair, read the reviews for sizing suggestions, and make sure you’re cool with the returns policy if you make the purchase.
