Simplicity is often overlooked for flashy patterns, bright colors, and intricate accessories. Sure, there’s a place for the latter, but there’s also something sophisticated and elegant about proper classic style. This Friday Challenge asked Dappered readers to showcase their most impeccable low key outfit. In the end, Shomas won the voting with a well fitted 80/20 JCF suit, Ratio white oxford, chambray tie, Invicta watch, and classic black Allen Edmond Park Avenues. We’ve all undoubtedly experienced discouraging ring stains staring back at us from the inside of our favorite shirt collar. How have Threads users conquered this battle? “If I am trying to buy clothes that maintain shape and color for as long as possible I usually try avoiding synthetic blend materials in my clothing. I also cold machine wash and hang dry my good shirts and pants (that are 100% cotton). I’ll also hand wash delicate sweaters and also air dry them.” -william
