Best Friday Challenge – Denim and Sneakers

For this Friday Challenge, Dappered readers were challenged to show off their favorite denim and sneaker casual combination, no t-shirts allowed! ZCM came away with the win pairing khaki PF Flyers with dark gray jeans, a striped oxford, and a textured brown tie. It was great to see the wide variety of Dappered sneakers from Converse, to Opening Ceremony, to Keds, the aforementioned PF Flyers, and more. Check out all the entries here.

Best Advice – On why boat shoes are ubiquitous with the south?

Probably for the same reason cowboy boots are big in parts of the South where ranching and riding were never as culturally significant as they were (and are) in much of the West. Style is aspirational. – LesserBlackDog
