Win it: Bespoke Post’s “Shave” Box

Bespoke Post May 2012:  SHAVE – $45.00

For $45 per box, Bespoke Post will deliver to your door a “box of awesome” once a month.  Inside you’ll find hand selected items curated for a guy like you.  You can skip any box you want or cancel at any time.  Click here for more.

Give it to these guys.  They know a thing or twelve about presentation.  This month’s “box of awesome” is a jump start for anyone looking to dive into the wet shave / traditional shaving movement.  A badger hair brush, chrome brush stand, pre shave oil, cream, and aftershave smoother.  Sourced from eshave, and packaged in an honest to goodness cigar box:
.

Anybody ever had a smoke while giving themselves a good shave?

Open up the package and there’s this incredible looking cigar box, surrounded not by crappy packing peanuts, but those upgraded, accordion cut, black pieces of paper.  Open the cigar box and the goods are nestled amongst the same stuff, only this paper is white to match the inside of the box.  Details.  It’s all neatly covered in black tissue paper.

Oh, and then there’s the actual “awesome” inside the “box of awesome.”  Full disclosure: I haven’t been clean shaven in going on half a decade, so… this is the wrong tree to bark up when it comes to determining quality (and this is why it’s great that you can skip any month you want).  eshave has won some awards, and the cream, oil, and aftershave soother will run you $25.50 on the eshave site.  The badger hair brush feels great, it’s made in New York, and while the black handle isn’t available solo on the eshave site, it appears to be the $75 travel size minus the chrome case.  Expensive?  You try and, um, shear a badger.

Win it:  To enter to win Bespoke Post’s May Box of Awesome, send your first and last name in an email to contests@dappered.com w/ the subject: “Bespoke Shave”.  One entry per person.  Deadline: 11:59pm E.T. 5/22/12.

UPDATE:  Congrats to Josh G. who won the “Shave” box from Bespoke Post.  Thanks to all who entered.
