Would you wear it? The Wool Boot

Swear Logan2 Wool Boot – $144.00 (reg. $180)

Well you wouldn’t wear it now.  It’s almost June for crying out loud.  Probably would get a little toasty in there.  But the Logan2 is one of the “Select Styles” that just went on sale during the current Endless 20% off promotion.  No code needed.  The discount gets applied right before you confirm your purchase.

That familiar thick, gray wool was everywhere in 2010.  Hell, they were even making iPad cases out of it.  The texture is great, the marled color is nostalgic, and the dark red laces look close to perfect up against it.  It’s made in Portugal and designed by the U.K. brand Swear.   But it’s still a boot.  With what looks to be its wool felt liner on the outside.

It’s either awesome, or like the footwear version of Mr. Slim Goodbody.

Some more standard looking picks from the sale have to include the Romano Martegani Lucca2 (now $237, reg. $500), The Italian made BOSS Black Yankee Wingtip ($199, reg. $395), and the not as risky Gordon Rush Charleston (now $105. reg. $295).  Again, no code needed, but it’s select items only.

Your take on the Wool Boot?  Would you wear it?  Leave it in the comments below…

All still an extra 20% off, with 100% less wool than the Logan2.
