Timberland 40% off Friends & Family Sale – Best under $100

Timberland F&F – Use code BFF11 for 40% off site wide

Aside from Black Friday, 40% off is about as good as it gets.  And this looks like it’s a true-blue not advertised all over the place “Friends and Family” sale.  Unlike a lot of Friends and Family sales which are advertised all over the retailers website, this code (BFF11) seems to have only gone out to Timberland’s Email blast list.  Sizes seem to be well stocked, and returns are free.  On with some picks…
.

Earthkeepers 6-inch city- $99.00 and 6-inch canvas boots – $96.00 (reg. $166 and $160)
Earth friedly...er.

The 6-inch city is pretty much identical to the oft-mentioned Earthkeepers Side Zip, only without the zip.  Some extra padding at the top too, but more or less it’s a slimmed down work boot that can, um… work in plenty of situations.  The 6-inch canvas paneled boots DO have the zip, and replaced the all leather versions.  Which is honestly too bad.

Earthkeepers Cotton Jacket – $59.99 (reg. $168.00)
Made with 50% organic cotton.

A different sale knocked it down to $100, and with the BFF11 code it drops another $40.  Less can absolutely be more for these types of light jackets.  This one looks like it proves it.

Newmarket Nordic Hiker – $59.99 (reg. $120.00)
Plenty of style, probably so so substance.

Already marked down and the extra 40% off gets it into clearance rack territory.  They look better than they’ll perform since they’re not waterproof, but if you want a pair of light hikers you can test out on a not too tough trail?  $60 is a tough price point to beat.

Striped Fabric Belt – $15.00 (reg. $25.00)
Won't be sliding loose.

Grommets are a huge plus.  Plenty of good looking striped belts have fallen out of favor with their owners for not holding their torque through the day.  Grommets guarantee that it will.

City Adventure Oxford – $62.99 (reg. $150.00)
Who knew.

What in the Sam Hades… where’d these come from?  Not suit worthy or anything, and with that Timberland stamp on the side you can’t dress em’ up.  But with that elongated toe box and closed lacing?  Might be a super comfortable way to upgrade your casual Fridays for cheap.

Sheepskin Leather Gloves – $26.40 (reg. $44.00)
Not really the glove time of year, but still.

Rugged but still sleek looking.  Available in dark brown or black.  Already pretty inexpensive at under $50, now dirt cheap.

Classic 2-Tone Boat Shoes – $45.00 (reg. $75.00)
Ah. Hoy.

A lot of guys swear by boat shoes when it gets hot.  A lot of guys have thought about giving the boat shoe thing a spin, but just haven’t gotten there yet.  $45.00 might do the trick.

The Timberland Friends and Family 40% off code BFF11 expires 5/2/2011
