An All Leather Desert Boot for only $59.50

J. Shoes Desert Boots – $59.50 for Brown or Black

Well I’m confused.  Haven’t we seen these before for more than twice the price through Martin & Osa?  But Martin & Osa doesn’t carry the J. Shoes Mojave Desert Boot anymore.  Why are they on American Eagle for half the Martin & Osa $155.00?  Know this:

  1. Martin & Osa and American Eagle are owned by the same parent company… and
  2. There have been some rumbles that Martin & Osa is a dead brand.

(On a sidenote, if you need a pair of white Chinos for this blistering hot summer?  Try these from Martin & Osa, which will set you back only $15.00 right now.  Savings will be reflected in your shopping bag.  All sales final.)

Maybe they aren’t the same boot.  But even if they aren’t, for $60 you’re getting a desert boot that will appeal to even the guys who don’t like two of the most classic desert boot characteristics.  Namely the suede and thicker, somewhat clunky toe of the Clark’s desert boot.  The leather and slim toes on these avoid both of those issues, and are a perfect casual shoe that still has style.

$60.00.  That’s it.  Nice.
