What are the last two things you do before you walk out the door, ready to begin a long weekend vacation?  You grab your packed bag, and you put on your sunglasses.  British Designer Ben Sherman offers up options for both of those actions easily, with the Pilton Classic Aviator and the Canvas Weekender Bag.

The Aviators have a slightly thickened bridge but no lower wire.  Reminds me a little of the sunglasses Daniel Craig wore as James Bond in Quantum of Solace.  Only they’re a little more subtle with the bridge piece and lens shape, plus… the Ben Sherman’s are a third of the 007 price.  (The actual sunglasses Craig wore were designed by Tom Ford and currently cost $214.00)

The Canvas Weekender is sharp.  At 17″ wide and 12″ high it’s big enough to hold most of your stuff for a few days away, but small enough that you’re guaranteed to not over pack.  (Pack a garment bag in addition if you’re bringing a suit or a couple of blazers.)  Comes in two colors, with the contrast working nicely on both.

Not a bad couple of pieces to help you get out the door, yet also still have money in your pocket once you arrive.
