Giltman.com’s* drought is over. Friday March 19th at Noon ET, a potentially sizable collection of watches will hit the site. The preview is impressive. Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil at the high end, and more accessible brands like Android and Nixon holding down the more affordable side. It’s a nice way to round off the week, for a site that’s been a bit off this past month.
Frankly, Giltman.com started to resemble an online upscale Pier-1 imports. Bed Sheets, Pots and Pans, even a just lovely selection of candle holders. Ya-flippin’-hoo. Lots of us were starting to wonder if Martha Stewart had become the new marketing director at the place.
But between the watch sale on Friday and the DKNY sale that kicks off the following week, it looks like maybe, just maybe, the post holiday doldrums have come to an end at Giltman.com
