Metal Band Watches for under $100

Three (okay two) Metal Band Watches for under $100

It seems like metal has been the dominant material for men’s watch bands for years.  Sure, leather is much less flashy, and Canvas is downright humble, but lots of men prefer the durability and that little bit of flash that comes with a stainless steel band.

You don’t have to spend a fortune to get a decent looking stainless steel band watch.  Here’s a few of the best, for under $100:

1. Invicta Men’s Pro Diver Stainless Steel – $93.47

The standard for inexpensive, stainless steel, Rolex Submariner inspired watches.

With a mid-sized watch face, clean links, and uni-directional bezel, this is the poor man’s Omega Seamaster.

2. Timex Expedition Stainless Steel Chronograph – $65.48

Didn’t think it was possible to find a Stainless Steel Band Chronograph for less than $100, let alone $75?  Leave it to Timex to get that job done.

The black subdials and Tach ring offset the white face nicely, giving it more of a sport inspired style.

3. Tommy Hilfiger Black RUBBER Strap Watch – $59.00

So it’s not metal links, but instead rubber.  Fooled us on the first glance as well.

The black rubber band will most surely be more of a matte finish when you pull it out of the box, but it’s a nice switch from the usual smooth rubber strap you’d see on similar sport watches.
