Beefeater 24

Beefeater 24 – $30 – $40

What’s cheaper than blowing $50 out on the town?  Staying in.  Maybe with a house full of friends, maybe just you and your significant other.  But just because you’re in your own place doesn’t mean you can’t mix up a cocktail.

That’s where the exploration of new liquors gets fun.  And Beefeater 24 delivers on the fun.  Here’s why:

Longer Steeping time, botanicals that deserve the title “exotic,” 90 proof when most gin is 72 – 80.

Heavier in the citrus tones (perfect) and less heavy on the pepper than regular Beefeater.  They even throw Japanese Sencha and Chinese Green Tea in there.

For a full review head here to “Two at the Most”.   I like his suggestion of the orange bitters.

If the ingredients, higher ABV, and overall excitement of just a new Gin to try doesn’t tickle your fancy…  Well then just look at the bottle.  Tell me that wouldn’t look sweet on your bar.
