I like Amazon.com. I love Zappos. I don’t know how or when I discovered Zappos but I’ve never had anything but excellent experiences with them. Amazingly fast shipping, great customer service, terrific website, and the shoe selection has always been great.
Then again, they’ve been diving quite a bit more into other things lately.
Zappos has branched out into clothing, accessories, a ton of other stuff.
No wonder Amazon bought them up now. Time to eliminate a potential big competitor by throwing millions at them and making the deal. Good for Amazon for a great business move. Hope they don’t change the Zappos experience.
