Consider this a virtual string around your finger.

Get Bonobos Code 10/1 – 10/2 | 50% off Sale Monday 10/3

Just a friendly reminder from your neighborhood affordable men’s style website… if you “like” Bonobos on Facebook, now’s not a bad time to head over to their Facebook page to make sure you’re sent a code that’ll be good for 50% off on Monday.

Confused as to why this is happening? This should explain everything.

Meanwhile, if you want more details on how this is all going to shake down on Monday, here they are… straight from the Bonobos Facebook Page:

1. The promotion is ONLY open to our Facebook fans. To take advantage of the discount, you must visit the “Like Us” tab (http://bno.bs/n01haC) on our Facebook page on October 1st or 2nd to obtain a unique promo code. You’ll be asked to enter your email address, and we’ll email you your unique code before October 3rd.

2. Your promo code is valid ONLY on Bonobos.com on October 3rd, from 12:00am to 11:59pm EDT.

3. Your promo code is only valid for one purchase up to $500. The maximum discount you’ll receive is $250. If you purchase more than $500 worth of products, the 50% off will apply only to the first $500. So if you purchase $700 worth of products, your total would be $450.

4. Your promo code cannot be combined with any other offers.

5. Quantities are LIMITED. So if you have a particular item you want, you better show up early on October 3rd.

6. Did we mention that quantities are limited?

So there’s a few hoops to jump through, but then again this half off deal is costing you nothing. Go to their Facebook page, put in your email, they’ll send you an email with a code. You can only use that code on Monday 10/3/11 (Eastern time). After that, it’s no good.

You interested? Will you spend some money with Bonobos on Monday? And how limited do you think their stock is going to be on Monday? Would you go as far as to hit their site at 12:01am ET on Monday to make sure you get what you want? Leave it all in the comments below…

Like Bonobos and get half off. Maybe...

Bonobos Facebook Page – 50,000 “likes” by September 30th = 50% off

If you “like” Bonobos on Facebook, come October 1st you’re going to be rewarded with a code for at least 30% off. That number is also rising, and that code could potentially be worth up to 50% off. It all depends on whether or not Bonobos hits 50,000 Facebook likes by the end of the month. If that happens? Half off for their facebook fans, with a few stipulations. Here’s the fine print:

Promotion only open to consumers who “like” Bonobos’ Facebook page. Maximum discount for the promo code distributed through this promotion is 50% off purchase. Promo codes valid for one purchase of up to $500. Promo codes may be redeemed from October 1, 2011 at 12:00am EDT to October 2, 2011 at 11:59pm EDT on Bonobos’ Facebook page. Limit one unique promo code per customer. Customers must provide their email address to receive their unique promo code via email. Each promo code is valid for one purchase made on Bonobos.com on October 3, 2011 from 12:00am to 11:59pm EDT.

Couple of sticking points here:

You’ll have to give them an email address in addition to liking them on FB.

There’s a limited window to GET the code (October 1st – October 2nd)

And this is the big one… it MUST be used on October 3rd.

This promotion is a bit of genius by Bonobos. A facebook “like” is gold to retailers. Not only do they get access to you in another much more personal & detailed way, many of your friends will see you’ve aligned yourself with the brand.

That, and the way they’ve set it up just looks slick. Nice old-school flip counter.

At this rate they’ll cruise past 50k no problem. What say you. You think they make it? And are you in w/ a like? Also, looks like they’re doing another round of Living Social deals. Here’s the one for today (credit Max with the tip)
